ベトナムの感染者過去最多でホーチミンは累計1万人越え

Vietjoによると、「同日の市中感染者数は28省・市の計1616人となり、2日連続で1日あたりの市中感染者数の過去最多を更新した。4月27日以降の第4波の市中感染者数は58省・市の計2万2534人となり、2万2000人を超えた。」

特にホーチミンやホーチミンの隣のビンズオン省、ハノイの隣のバクザン省やバクニン省でコロナの感染者が増えている。

ホーチミンで不要不急の外出に多額の罰金

Vietjoによると、「社会的隔離措置が15日間にわたり適用される。これに伴い、当局は9日から市民の不要不急の外出に対し、最大300万VND(約1万4500円)の罰金を科す。」
According to Vietjo, “Social quarantine measures will be applied for 15 days. From the 9th, the authorities will impose a fine of up to 3 million VND (about 14,500 yen) for unnecessary and unurgent outings of citizens.”
不要不急の外出にベトナム人にとっては高額な300万ドンの罰金とは厳しい。日本人にとっては5万円前後なので、緊急事態宣言なら日本も同じような罰金が必要だ。
The fine of 3 million dong, which is expensive for Vietnamese, is severe for unnecessary and unurgent going out. For Japanese people, it’s around 50,000 yen, so if Japanese government declare an emergency, they needs a similar fine.
また、ホーチミンから他都市への乗客は72時間以内の陰性証明書だけでなく7日間の自宅隔離と7日間の自主的な健康観察が必要とベトナムは感染予防対策が厳しい。
In addition, passengers from Ho Chi Minh to other cities need not only a negative certificate within 72 hours, but also 7 days of quarantine at home and 7 days of voluntary health observation. Vietnam has strict infection prevention measures.
