ベトナムのインターネットが遅い理由は光海底ケーブル5本中4本が損傷したからだ。日本など海外のホームページを見る時はかなり遅い。
The reason Vietnam’s internet is slow is because 4 out of 5 optical submarine cables have been damaged. It is quite slow when looking at overseas websites such as Japan.
